Any participating attorney will be independent and responsible for their own legal services, engagement decisions, fees, conflicts, and professional obligations. Fraud Examiner Diversified is not a law firm and will not share legal fees.
For clients
The directory will identify independent attorneys by jurisdiction and practice area after ethics, licensing, and privacy controls are reviewed.
For attorneys
Attorneys may later apply to review the independent-network terms, secure workroom controls, and factual back-office support model. No referral compensation or legal-fee sharing will be offered.
